Your Responsibility

  • In this role, you Generate business by working with commercial contractors and selling and managing commercial cabinetry projects.
  • You will generate sales by bidding commercial cabinetry projects and managing those projects from bid to final sale.
  • Ability to use Mozaik design software and CAD is requirement for the position.
  • You will work in a team environment and will be able to work and cross-train in other departments as production needs vary.
  • You will work suppliers and manufacturing facility to make sure proper materials are ordered and manufactured to specifications.
  • You will possess strong problem-solving skills and work through obstacles and meet department goals.
  • Once trained in the Ideal Cabinets methodology, you will be an integral part of our design team and be knowledgeable in creating the entire design of the new kitchen, bath, etc.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Individual willing to be able to fill a key established commercial cabinet sales position.
  • Previous experience in commercial cabinetry sales and design is a must as this position will be a key role within the company.
  • Experience in Mozaik and CAD design software is essential for this position.
  • As part of a team, you may be asked to help wherever you are needed from time to time, and we expect that flexibility from each of our team members.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry construction and manufacturing techniques for residential and/or commercial applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft business software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Motivated self-starter with the desire for advancement within an established successful company.  
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism as well as a sense of urgency and passion for excellence.
  • Ethical, quality-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects in a team environment.
